The companies within the FÉLIX SOLÍS AVANTIS group (Félix Solís S.L., Pagos del Rey S.L. and Viña Casa Solís SpA), chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, through the establishment of its prevention policy, are committed to implementing and developing an occupational risk prevention system that will be integrated into all their activities and decisions, covering technical processes, the organisation of work and the conditions under which it is carried out, including all levels of the company’s hierarchy.
The prevention policy applies both to the people working in the company and to the workplaces and work equipment.
In this regard, the FÉLIX SOLÍS AVANTIS Group undertakes the following commitments:
- To comply with the applicable legislation on occupational risk prevention.
- To promote the continuous improvement of behaviour and standards in occupational risk prevention.
- To involve all company staff in the responsibility for managing occupational risk prevention, including contractors and partners, in an active commitment to improving the working conditions of its employees.
- To encourage the participation, information, training and consultation of all staff, including temporary and external workers carrying out work on the premises, in order to maintain an adequate level of prevention within the company.
The FÉLIX SOLÍS AVANTIS Group will implement the measures that form part of the general duty of prevention, in accordance with the following general principles:
- Avoid risks and assess those that cannot be avoided.
- Tackle risks at source.
- Adapt work to the individual, particularly with regard to the design of workstations and the choice of equipment and working and production methods, with a view, in particular, to mitigating monotonous and repetitive work and reducing its effects on health.
- Take account of technical developments.
- Replace hazardous activities with those involving little or no risk.
- Plan prevention, seeking a coherent approach that integrates technical aspects, the organisation of work, working conditions, social relations and the influence of environmental factors at work.
- Adopt measures that prioritise collective protection over individual protection.
- Provide workers with appropriate instructions.
