Purpose of Processing Personal Data

• Personal Data: for maintenance, development, compliance, and control of the contractual relationship with our employees, as well as compliance with current regulations on labor, Social Security, and Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Candidate Data: to manage participation in current and future personnel selection processes.
• Customer and Supplier Data: for the adequate maintenance, development, compliance, and control of the commercial relationship, including administrative, accounting, and tax management.
• Contact point data: to manage and respond to inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and requests made by users through the website.
• Newsletter Subscription Data: to manage newsletter users and send commercial communications regarding products and events.
• Visitor Data/Records: to manage access control and safety of the facilities (visits, transportation, deliveries, etc.).

Legitimacy of Processing Personal Data

• Personal Data: the basis for processing employee personal data is the execution of the labor contract.
• Candidate Data: the legal basis is the consent given by providing the CV or the application of pre-contractual measures.
• Customer/Supplier Data: the legal basis is the execution of the contract or business relationship.
• Contact Point/Newsletter Data: the legal basis is the express consent provided by filling out the forms.
• Visitor Data/Records: the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller to guarantee the security of assets and people.

Recipients of Personal Data
The personal data of employees, candidates, clients, suppliers, and other interested parties may be communicated to:

• Other companies of the Félix Solís Avantis Group for internal management purposes based on legitimate interest (Recital 48 GDPR).
• Public bodies, Tax Agency, Social Security, and Courts or Tribunals in compliance with legal obligations.
• Third-party service providers (Data Processors) with whom the corresponding data access agreement has been signed.

Data Retention Period

• Personal/Client/Supplier Data: kept for the duration of the relationship and, once ended, during the legal limitation periods for liabilities (tax, labor, etc.).
• Candidate Data: kept for a maximum period of 2 years from the last update, unless the interested party revokes their consent earlier.
• Contact Point Data: kept only during the management of the request; once completed, the data will be deleted.
• Newsletter Subscription Data: kept until the party requests a cancellation or withdraws consent.
• Visitor Data/Records: kept for a maximum of 30 days for video surveillance records (if applicable) or the time strictly necessary for access control.

Rights of the Interested Party
The Interested Party may at any time exercise the following rights:

• Right to request access, rectification, deletion, and portability of personal data.
• Right to request processing limitation or to object to processing.
• Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making.
• Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
