Inspired by the clear, starry night sky, Félix Solís wanted to create a wine that would capture the pleasure-loving, life-affirming spirit of the Spanish people. He named it Albali after a star in the constellation of Aquarius.

In Spain the Verdejo variety is a byword for a fruity, light white wine that gives real pleasure! Viña Albali Verdejo is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes. Although, it is a young wine, it has great structure.

The fermentation takes place at approximately 14-16 ºC for up to 12-15 days, in order to obtain the maximum aromatic potential.
