On the northern and ascending face of the Sierra de Cantabria, where the Cantabrian wind caresses the land, magic is born. The cold air cools and condenses, releasing a rain that gives life to the vines.

As it descends, it becomes a drier, higher temperature air mass. This curious atmospheric effect gives the grapes and vineyards unique characteristics of freshness and intensity.

This wine enlarges the already successful Arnegui range that have received numerous awards in national and international competitions.

El Pillo Viñas Rebeldes

El Pillo is a very brave young man, with a haughty disposition and who, on a moonless night, wanted to pay tribute to all the farmers by making the skies burn. That September night and in the middle of the harvest, El Pillo stole some explosives from a tunnel under construction and using cardboard reels he assembled a hundred and one rockets. At midnight, and after continuously ringing the church bells, he launched his entire arsenal from its highest point.

No one would forget the darkness broken into pieces by that lavish flash of lights and colors. The brightness lasted so long that all the farmers saw from afar for the first and last time the beauty and nocturnal splendor of their vineyards. This wine honors all of that.

Altos de Tamaron Tempranillo VTCYL

Altos de Tamaron, made from Tempranillo grapes, completes the range under the Protected Geographical Indication of Castilla y León.

These wines are popularly known as Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla y León and their production area is made up of all the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León.

They are balanced wines due to the ripening process of the grapes, exposed to the climate of the region with a great variation of temperatures between day and night.

Glühwein

Glühwein by Felix Solis is made from traditional Spanish wine blended with festive dove and cinnamon spice. Smooth rich red berry flavours lead to a citrus fruit and softly-spiced finish. Warm gently and serve with a slice of orange, star anise and a cinnamon stick.

“Caliza” is Spanish for limestone and this wine’s label is a faithful resemblance of the characteristic soil in this region.
