    Like France’s Vins de Pays, Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León is a Spanish geographic indicator for wines produced at the autonomous region of Castile and León, on the northern Spanish plateau.

    Pale yellow with grey reflections. Intense aromas of white fruit like apple, pear, and dried flowers. A creamy softness with hints of minerality on the palate followed by a lovely and fresh finish.

  • Technical Information

    Grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness to obtain a well-balanced wine with just the right levels of sweetness and acidity. The wine undergoes a short period of cold maceration that lasts for around 6 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ºC in stainless steel tanks for up to 12-14 days. It is followed by a short period of maturation, resulting in an elegant, fresh and fruity wine.
